Returns & Exchanges
At Fuji Mats Australia, we stand by the quality of our professional-grade martial arts equipment and offer a 30-day return window for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-printed mats and installed flooring systems are generally ineligible for return unless a manufacturing defect is present.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and photos of the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorisation (RA) number.
- 2.Secure Packaging
Carefully repackage your mats or gear in the original shipping materials to ensure they are protected from damage during transit back to our warehouse.
- 3.Shipping and Logistics
Affix the provided RA label to the exterior of the package and drop it off at an authorized carrier; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our team inspects the returned goods for quality assurance, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
